We specialize in high volume, low cost metal clips, stampings, and wire forms made from a wide variety of materials on our fourslide and progressive stamping machines. Our engineers provide complete design assistance, from the conceptual/prototyping stage through full production.

Our tooling, built in-house to provide maximum scheduling flexibility and complete quality control, incorporates sensors to monitor key part characteristics during production. Through advanced tool design, many value added operations are incorporated into one operation.

Our equipment is capable of forming material up to .125" x 6.0" strip material, or .187" wire.

Coiling: Compression and Extension Springs     TOP

For over 50 years, Wolverine has led the spring industry with dependable delivery and zero-defect quality. Utilizing the latest CNC spring manufacturing technology, we are capable of producing nearly any part design.

Torsion Springs     TOP

We have the capability to produce torsion springs from a variety of materials in a wide range of wire sizes, from .008" all the way to .192". Utilizing a computer network of nearly one PC for every two employees, our SPC monitoring ensures a quality product throughout the production process.
