Set Up Technician II
Job Type: Full-time, on-site in downtown Grand Rapids
Target Salary: $27.00 - $32.00/hour
Shift: 4 - 10-hour days, 1st shift, Monday - Thursday
Position Overview
You will develop new jobs from sketch through completion, set-up all tooling necessary to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. This dynamic position will allow you to be part of the Production, Tooling, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine set-up, quality testing procedures, tooling, and problem-solving techniques that are second to none!
Desired Requirements

5 year minimum experience in production machine setups.

Knowledge of spring machines, coiling, cams, and forming tools highly preferred.

Ability to use problem solving tools and techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in teams and interact with other department personnel.

WorkKeys certificate level preferred.
Machine Operator
Job Type: Full-time, on-site in downtown Grand Rapids
Target Salary: $16.00 - $18.50/hour
Shift: 4 - 10-hour days, 1st or 2nd shift, Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday
Position Overview
You will operate one or more machines to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. This dynamic position will allow you to be part of a production team that seeks to make a difference while exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating machines, have experience with measuring devices, have a superb attendance acumen, and problem-solving techniques that are second to none!
